Privacy note: Your AI assistant never sees your payment details. Booking is authorized through your account token — the assistant requests it, the platform books it, and Stripe handles the payment.

Trip sharing
Send a live trip-status link to a friend or family member. They'll see your ride status and approximate pickup/dropoff while you're en route, and the link stops working once the ride ends.

From your active ride, tap Emergency to call 911 directly. The button also notifies Efuka support so we can review the ride context and assist.
Incident reporting
Report driver behavior, vehicle, route, safety, payment, or lost-item issues directly from the ride detail page or your ride history.
What happens after you report
Safety reports are reviewed by Efuka support. We may follow up by email, temporarily restrict a driver from the platform, or escalate to law enforcement when required by law.

Sample fares are estimates. Comparable UberX trips in Denver typically range 25–40% less; a traditional black-car service is often 30–50% more. Your exact price depends on the driver’s rate and any stops or wait time added after booking.
Cancellation policy
- Cancel free up to 10 minutes before pickup.
- Inside the 10-minute window, you’re charged $1 per minute (max $10).
- If the driver cancels, you get a full refund and help rebooking.
When your card is charged
- Your card is pre-authorized when you book — no money leaves your account yet.
- We capture the charge when the ride completes.
- Free cancellations release the hold immediately.
Tipping & receipts
- Optional in-app tip after your ride. The suggested default is 18%.
- You can adjust the amount up or down before sending.
- An itemized email receipt is sent automatically after every ride.

- Every driver lists passenger seating and luggage capacity so you can match accordingly.
- Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available; request one in your booking notes.

Why do I have to book 30 minutes in advance?
Colorado regulation requires it for scheduled ride services. It also ensures we can properly match you with a driver — no last-minute scrambling, no surge pricing to compensate for chaos.
Is there surge pricing?
No. The price you see when you book is what you pay. Scheduled rides don't need surge pricing — that's an on-demand rideshare problem.
How do I pay?
Add a card to your account before your first ride. Payment is processed securely through Stripe after the ride completes.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. When booking, enter the passenger's name and contact method. They don't need an account — just a phone number or email.
